French etiquette simply would advise you not to answer.
“Il n’y a pas de quoi” . It is friendly and can be slightly familiar but it’s informal and acceptable.
If you want to answer to a person saying “merci” you can say also:
Do most narcissists have good intentions as long as you are under their control?
“De rien” is not correct although it is often heard. Avoid it. It should be “Ce n’est rien”.
“ je t’en prie/ je vous en prie” .It is polite.
“c’est un plaisir” or “avec plaisir” “c’est mon plaisir” is polite.
Is 1500 calories enough for a 5’3 15-year-old who is non-active?
“Pas de problème” is common and sounds uneducated. It’s often used though.
